What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process started out with an online application, where you are required to submit a cover letter. Then if you moved onto the next round of the interview, it was a 10 minute interview with an associate, where it was primarily behavioral except for market questions. Then they notified me two weeks later that they were offering me a spot in the program.
