Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Networking event at a campus restaurant with two past summer associates and one other student consultant from the previous summer. 1st round was online interview with 2 senior associates. Mostly behavioral, some technicals about executive compensation. 2nd round was super day. Flown to calgary with half a day interview process. Interviewed by 3 different groups, 2 people each, usually either a partner and associate or principal and associate. Case study was the final part of the day, and you present your presentation to 2 interviwers. I knew within 8 days.
