Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Reached out to an analyst and pitched a cybersecurity stock to them, they were impressed and asked if I was interested in interning there for the summer, I said yes and they put me in the process. Process was skills check & superday. Skills check consisted of filling out a financial model template they sent you and justifying your assumptions and valuation in a write up as well as a PowerPoint slide on a deal. I heard back a few weeks later for the superday which consisted of 3 back to back interviews with analysts and associates. Not too technical, mostly gauging interest about cybersecurity and IB. Heard back week after about the offer.
