The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
My first interview took place over the phone and included both technical questions (such as walking through a DCF and explaining the impact of a $10 depreciation) and behavioral questions. The second interview, also conducted over the phone, focused more on software and the industries Morgan Partners operates in, followed by additional behavioral questions and an opportunity for me to ask the interviewer questions. I then advanced to the superday, where I presented a case study valuing a company provided by the Morgan Partners team. This was followed by multiple interviews with members of the junior team, senior team, and upper management.
Interview Questions
One question that caught me off guard asked about the key differences between an IOI and an LOI.

Interview
The first two rounds were via the phone, each for a half hour with either an Analyst or an Associate. The first one was 90% behavioral, 10% technical. The second was 90% technical, 10% behavioral. After that, they gave me a week to do a case study at home before coming in for a Super Day. On the Super Day, I presented my case study and had three interview sessions 1) with the analysts, 2) with the associates 3) with the directors. No one ever asked "gotcha" questions or the really annoying hypothetical technicals. Technicals were more about understanding financial statements and multiples. Pretty much moved at the clip of one interview per week. Whole thing took less than a month.
Interview Questions
How does $10 depreciation affect the three financial statements, step-by-step walk through of the sell-side investment banking process, there was a question asking you to calculate fully diluted equity value, and questions about understanding Net Working Capital and Deferred Revenue
