1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
For first round, I got a 20-minute phone interview with an associate in FIG. Typical background walkthrough in the beginning for 10 minutes, the other 10 minutes digged into technicals, financial statement analysis, valuation methods, and my hobbies. For super-day, it was back-to-back with two VPs, one behaviral and one technical. nothing surprising happened, but definitely walk in with some kowledge on one specific fintech/payments company to talk about
