They first called me and went through 3 rounds of phone interviews. Then I had a onsite and went through ~8 rounds interviews. People are very nice and patient, and HRs were also helpful and helped solve my questions in timely manner. I interviewed with the etrading group which required solid quant skills including math, stats, finance, brainteaser and coding. I recommend reading some coding books for interviews which had been really helpful for me. A general understanding of the market was also tested. Be confident and relaxed.
