Please describe the interview / hiring process.
An in-house recruiter (HR person dedicated to lateral hires) reached out to me to 'discuss open industry positions' that were recently listed. I then submitted my CV, after which I was invited to the office to do a back-to-back interview with 4 members of the team (2 associates, 1 VP, 1 director). Then I was invited to talk to each of the MDs (3 trips in total to the office). Final round was with HR, which was more a 'tick the box' exercise where they read out stock questions (i.e. tell me about a time when...). Background check followed after that.
