Applied through university career service. After 2 weeks got an email form MS recruiting team and set a phone interview time.
Next week I had a 30 minute phone interview with one of the BRM associates. I was mostly asked to go through stuff from my resume and behavioral questions: what is your opinion on current state of market, what are your hobbies, etc. No technical stuff.
Next round should be an interview in their office in NY
