Very behavioral but makes sense since the work seems to start out pretty administrative. Very focused on why you are interested in the company and how you can be proactive to grow into an even bigger role. Less of an interview and all rounds felt more like conversations. A couple technical questions but not in the sense of being right or wrong more so how good is your answer to gauge how much you know how about the global market and current trends that you have identified, have questions ready too since they make ample time for you to ask
