Credit Risk Analyst

After receiving my resume from an existing employee, I received a call from the departments staffing manager who asked a few general questions about my background and what I was looking for. I was then brought back for two rounds of interviews. During the first round, I met with about 10 different people in either a 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 interview session . During the second round, I just met with 3 different senior managers and one 2nd year analyst. It is important to be honest, don't try and make something up if you don't know an answer, and be consistent with your message throughout.
