Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got referred via an employee referral. I had a first round phone interview with a manager who asked basic questions. Mostly behavioral, what would you be like in the office. Then one technical, describe the three financial statements. Pretty easy. Then I got invited to the super day. About 20 of us going for two jobs. Super day consisted of a group activity, then three one on one interviews. Awesome experience, recommend MS to anyone
