Credit Risk Summer Analyst

I had a phone screening in the beginning of December. I was then invited back for the Superday interview in their NYC office (about 2 weeks after my phone screening). The superday was late January. They flew me out and paid for my hotel. The day before the Superday they had a pre-interview networking event, which was a chance to speak to the younger analysts and pick their brains about their roles. The next morning they had a group interview for an hour and then 3 one-on-one interviews. Superday was a Thursday, and I received an offer the following Monday. Their HR department did a great job being available and coordinating the entire interview process.
