What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Three rounds of interviews - every interviewer was at least a VP in level.
First round was technical with two interviewers.
Second round was primarily fit with three different interviewers
Final round was four interviewers with the eventual team I would join.
Back to back, 30 minute interviews.
Advice to an interviewee would be to stay calm and stay concentrated on fit. My technical interviewers expected me to be quick and pick-up things on the spot, not necessarily know heading into the interview.
