What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was a phone screening. I called the guy. He asked me to tell him about myself and then did not ask me any questions after. I drove the whole conversation. I asked if he knew about the program I was interviewing for and he said he didn't know anything about it. Kind of confused why he interviewed me then.
