Initially contacted by a recruiter who arranged the introduction. Interviews consisted of many 1 on 1 interviews meeting people within the broader team and other stakeholder areas. (interviewers ranged from peer level to sector heads). Non-aggressive questioning, focused on fit and ability to talk about stock recommendations in a concise manner.
Given this was an experienced hire opening (but no prior ER experience) there was a lot of focus on knowledge of the ER industry and technical questioning was modified to be more aligned with my existing experiences (different sector).
