Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial Hirevue, then phone call interview with an associate, then superday interview. Hirevue standard questions like why ER why MS, tell me about a leadership role, phone call interview very behavioral, tell me about a time something went wrong, something unexpected happened etc. Superday broken into 3 sections, behavioral, technical and then a stock pitch. Standard behavioral and technical questions centered around market knowledge and some light modeling stuff. Was asked how many steps there are in the empire state building as a brain teaser.
