Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial online application including CV, cover letter and psychometric tests which are numerical, SJT, verbal and logical reasoning. Application was screened successfully so I then two rounds of phone interviews within three days of each other. 1st round with a Junior Analyst and 2nd round with an a more senior Analyst. Then last stage was a virtual AC with four different technical/behavioural interviews and an individual presentation on a financial markets news story or a stock of your choice.
