Fixed Income Sales and Trading

Interview process consisted of a hirevue upon submitting the application which was followed up with an over the phone interview and then a superday. The hirevue and over the phone interview were fairly simple. They consisted of behavioral questions and some problem solving questions as well. The behaviorals were the typical interview behaviorals. Started off with a tell me about yourself, then I was asked to give a summary of my resume. This was followed up with a why morgan stanley then a why fixed income. I then was asked two problem solving questions, one including a time value of money question and a probability question.
