Fixed Income S&T Summer Analyst

It began with a 30 minute phone interview from an alumni from my university. The phone interview was 90% behavioral and resume based and about 10% current event/market based. I had interned at MS in Wealth Management the previous summer, so they asked a lot about that. Then, I was invited to a superday in NYC. It consisted of 4 interviews. The first was very technical, the second was mostly market based questions with some accounting based questions and the 3rd/4th was primarily fit based. Since I applied in December as a study abroad candidate, they took a week to give us decisions.
