Fixed Income Summer Analyst

First applied online and was prompted to complete a Hirevue assessment. Then continued networking and was selected for a second-round phone interview from an alumni which primarily consisted of behavioral assessments and basic current event knowledge. The process was rather lengthy and was invited to a super day a couple of weeks later. There I met with four members of the Fixed Income team in one on one interviews and was told I would hear back with their final decision.
