Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Attended a networking event at my university and then applied through the website. Was contacted for a phone interview with 1 associate. Tone was mostly friendly with a bit of aggressive questioning to see how the candidate reacts. Started out with story / general background questions then back and forth between fit and technicals. Quite a few were based on things from my resume (Ex - "So I see you've done credit research, what factors might affect a bond's price?"). I stumbled over an early technical so that led to quite a few more. Have a feeling there would have been more personality / fit focused questions otherwise.
