GCM

The first round was on campus through the career center, with the superday in office involving 6 back to back 30 minute interviews. The interview styles really varied, depending on the interviewer. I had 2 that was completely behavioral, and 2 that involved mainly brain teasers, and the rest were a mix of both behavioral and technical. All the interviewers were VP and above, and from different desks. It was a little tricky since personally I didn't know much about the equity side, and it was a bit of a struggle with interviewers who covered equity desks. Though the superday was 3 hours, it seemed short and more like many little sprints.
