Please describe the interview / hiring process.
2 to 3 phone interviews with operational of MS , only fit questions . They want to know how you express yourself, if you follow the financial news and if you are a good fit for the firm. if the phone interviews are successful you are invited for the assessment center (super day). It occurs all the afternoon : there is one groupe interview with a case study that you have to solve in 20min + 10 min presentation/ questions. Then three 1 on 1 interview : 1st fit and the other are technical ( basic option theory and/or busniess awareness).
