Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was almost entirely behavioral and was conducted by a HR director. She practically asked no financial questions, just about my background and school activities. It was my first interview, so I may have not given the best impression. After the interview, she asked me what locations I could attend to interview in person with a branch manager. I gave her my top 3 locations. After about a week, I received no follow up. I tried following up with her, to which she had no response.
In hindsight, I would definitely just follow up more, and if necessary perhaps even make a call.
