Interview Details

What did the interview consist of?

Phone Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.

First step is to send a CV, and a cover letter. Then tests are immediately given (tests are in the style of Cut-e) which is a mix of numerical, verbal and logical reasoning. Next stage is a telephone interview lasting approximately 20-30 minutes. Sometimes there are multiple telephone interviews. Finally, it is the assessment centre stage. There is a large gap between each stage so you may have to wait several weeks to hear back. The questions ask about your strengths, and what technical research you have done in that area, i.e bond valuation. Also useful to be up to date with the news.
