What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Did a lot of cold networking and become friends with an MD, was selected for a first interview. The interview consisted of 2 different people one 30 minutes the same for the other guy. First guy was an associate completely easy we just talked the whole time and he asked me about my experience, the other interview guy was a VP and his was more technical.
