IED Derivatives Trading & Structuring Summer Analyst

Started with a hirevue (everyone gets this). Basic questions where you get two attempts and can practice infinitely before submitting. Next (about a month later) was a 30 minute phone call with a desk associate -- a few resume related behaviorals and a few dice probability questions, neither are difficult. Finally about 3 weeks later got a virtual superday invite. 3 desk associate interviewers and 6 superday candidates all in a big zoom. They put you into breakouts such that you have one 30 minute interview with each interviewer. The interviewers will ask both behavioral and technical questions that are relevant to your experiences and resume. For example I worked at an options trading firm during the school year so the majority of the questions revolved around that. Of course, the classic why ms, why trading, etc... came up as well. I was notified 2 weeks after the superday I was rejected.
