Process included usual details form + 2 motivational questions.
This was then immediately followed up by an HR email asking to complete a numerical, verbal and critical reasoning test.
Roughly 4-6 weeks later I was called by HR to schedule a phone interview. I remember having only 6 days to prepare for this so not a huge amount of time.
After that the turnaround on feedback was quick and was invited to the AC a week later.
AC consisted of 3 interviews with different members of the finance division and 1 group exercise
