Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Referred to members of the team by an MD whom I met at an invite-only networking event. Began with a 30 minute phone interview with a first year analyst. A month later had a seven round superday in NYC.
Both interviews were very rigorous. Was grilled incredibly in-depth on a stock pitch I had on my resume (I expected questions, but not at this granular level of detail) and received several paper LBO models.
