Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview consists of two sessions:
1. Case reading and presentation: we got ~45min to read a long research package (90+pages) and were asked to select a stock from the research package to do a stock pitch. There will be Q&A and other non-case related interview questions following.
2. Behavioral and technical questions: basic behavioral and brain teasers with two interviews; the technical questions are not that difficult as well but this might be based on the interviewer.
3. Resume will definitely be asked.
