I went to the on campus info session for Morgan Stanley in November and met a few people there. I kept in touch with an MD in IED and asked for a day that I could come in and visit the trading floor to see what it's like. To future candidates, I definitely recommend scheduling a visit to the firm's office, especially if your school is relatively close to New York. It allows you to meet a bunch of people at the firm, get a better feel for the culture, and makes it more likely that you'll be picked for an interview. I had my first round interview in early February and my Super Day in mid February. The interview process was a mix of broad market-related questions (what do you think are the three most important factors affecting the market in the next six months?) and behavioral/resume-based questions. In my first round interview, I was asked a few relatively basic quantitative questions (EV of a die, basic mental math, etc.)

I had a great impression of the people at Morgan Stanley. From my experience interviewing at most of the BBs, the people at MS were the most helpful and warm. My first round interviewer helped prepare me for Super Day. After I got an offer, a lot of people at MS reached out to me to answer any questions I might have.
