I was out of state at the time, so I wasn't able to go in for an in-person interview. Instead, I had 3 phone interviews. The first interview was with the analyst on the team, mostly fit questions like walk me through your resume, why PWM, etc. Following that, I was selected to go to a 2nd round of interviews, this time with one of the FAs on the team. Again, mostly fit questions, but did ask some questions about the markets and a particular stock that I was covering and my thoughts on it (I think this was because I had mentioned it on my resume at the time). Last interview was with the head of the team, and again mostly the same questions as the 2nd interview, although this one did ask about why I switched from pre-med to finance (because he had a similar background during his UG days). In the end, about a week later from the last interview I got the job and was required to submit fingerprints, background check info, and other compliance things like that.
