Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and had to complete online assessments within 48 hours. Fairly standard numerical and verbal reasoning. Also had to do one that required managing a fake email inbox with MCQ replies. Few weeks passed until I was invited for a phone interview with an Associate. All standard behavioural questions. TMAY, why IB, why MS, tell me about a time you showcased X skills. Two weeks later I was invited for another phone interview, with another Associate from a different team. They definitely shared notes, because he mentioned some things I had spoken about in the first one. This interview was also behavioural, but more abstract. I was asked a series of rapid fire questions like do you think the big picture or the finer detail is more important, would you rather learn a bit on a bunch of topics, or a lot about one topic etc. Both interviewers were very encouraging and would compliment the answers when they liked them. One day after second interview I was invited to a virtual assessment on Zoom. Consisted of one individual case study, and two behavioural/competency based interviews. Case study was looking at a company requiring capital, and I had to conclude whether debt or equity and issue in what markets.
