Applied online, received an interview 4 weeks later. Was scheduled in on an 1 on 1 interview with an associate via email, at their London office. It would be a 30 minute 1 on 1 interview, with a mixture of competency and technical questions. Was notified 3 days before the date, so I didn't have ample time of preparing for the interview. I would recommend preparing for the interview even when you don't have an offer yet.
