Please describe the interview / hiring process.
A current employee put me in contact with the position recruiter. I had 15-20min phone call with the recruiter going over my background, qualifications, and the reasons why I was interested in the position. The recruiter then set up a series of interviews with various group heads. The interviews were a mixture of relating my background and skill set to this position in addition to technical & cultural questions. I was told to expect between 15-20 interviews.
