Applied online. Contacted a few weeks later by their HR department. HR was very helpful and informative. No phone interview... just showed up in their NYC office for 3 30 minute 1 on 1 interviews. Met with HR first, then senior investment analyst, and then senior portfolio manager. The role I was interviewing for was very specific and they did not need someone with a ton of experience... it was mostly a fit-related interview. Not very technical but definitely be able to relate your experience to what they are looking for.
