Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Networked through alumni to get to the superday, which consisted of five 20 minute interviews. Was interviewed by an associate in that position. Started with basic self introduction. Why IBD. Asked about several technical questions such as the links between the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow. Asked about internship experience in detail. "work me through a deal you participated in your past internship". prompted with technical questions along the way such as how you evaluate a private company's equity value. if using capm, how you obtain the beta value etc.
