What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
One 30 minute on-campus interview, testing a few very basic brain teasers (show me how to calculate a NPV, explain the yield curve) and mostly chatting with the interviewer for a "fit" test.
Following the on-campus interview, I was invited to a superday at the new york headquarters, where I faced a series of 6 back-to-back interviews with various MDs in each coverage group. I immediately got along well with an MD from one group and he ended up giving me an offer and asked me to join his group once the superday concluded (offer in hand as I walked out of the building).
