Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Through a contact found out that MS was hiring. After submitting my resume to the contact, held an initial phone interview with an associate. Was then called in to meet for a super day with several other candidates and a modeling test. After the super day, there were a few other conversations with the rest of the group that was interviewing including in person interviews and phone calls.
