Through on-campus recruiting events and networking in the fall, I got to know the alumni at MS. They identified me as a top candidate and invited me up for a super day 2 months before the normal process. I prepared and went up for the super day. At MS, you are placed on a pod of 4, and interview on a rotating basis with 4 interviewers. After the 4 interviews, the interviewers gather together and discuss the 4 candidates and usually choose 1.
