1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submitted cover letter and resume through On campus recruiting. First round interview was on campus for about one half hour. Questions were mainly fit, walk me through your resume, and a few Vault guide level basic technicals. Superday was in NYC. Interviewed with 4-5 people for a half hour. Those interviews were a broader mix of technicals and fit. Mostly asked why banking, why I should be hired, and why Morgan Stanley.
