What did the interview consist of?
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My process was quite unique, as I received a phone call from HR saying that I had being invited to a SuperDay, without having a 1st round interview.
That said, the super day consisted of 4 interview.
1st was completely behavioral.
2nd was a combination of both behavioral and questions related to the stock market.
3rd was completely technical — DCF, WACC, How do you calculate cost of debt, different ways you value a company.
4th mainly why IBD, why MS, and stock market outlook.
