Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Standard first-round phone screen with an associate. They stated straight away that this round will be purely behavioral and competency questions. Questions included the usual resume walkthrough; why IBD; why MS; tell me about a time when you solved a complex problem; what are your expectations from the position; how do you feel about multitasking; tell me about a team project that went well, and another that didn't go well
