Investment Banking Summer Analyst

The hiring process is two steps. The first step is an immediate HireVue you get sent after submitting your online application (everyone gets this). You have 48 hours from the time of submission/the time the HireVue email is sent (which, again, is right after you submit your application) to complete your HireVue. The HireVue was 3 questions, 1 behavioral and 2 technical that were straight from the basic guides. You have 2 or 3 chances to submit your recording for each question, and unlimited time between each attempt, too. I believe you get about 1.5 minutes for each question as well. If your HireVue is successful, you then move onto the Superday rounds. This means that networking is really important for the MS hiring process because you have to stand out among thousands of other applicants just from a 3 question HireVue.
