Round 1 consisted of two rounds actually (one was behavioral and one was technical). Technical round 1 was pretty easy and they didn't ask any real accounting or finance questions, just more of a market sizing question. Round 1 behavioral was standard. R2 involved 3 interviews with the VPs which was a mix of tech trends and technical questions. I interviewed for Menlo so they really dived deep into tech trends and recent tech deals
