MB/REI Capital Markets Summer Analyst

I applied for the position in mid December. I heard back being offered a phone interview in the first week of January. The phone interview was strictly fit based. I had researched recent news about the division and was able to impress the interview. I think she was impressed that I actually knew what the group did. From there I was invited to a Super Day in NYC. Due to inclement weather, my Super day had to be postponed (although the other 7 candidates made it in). When I made it to the Super Day it was just a series of 30 minute meetings with 5 people from the Group. The next day I heard back that I was not offered the position.

Tips: Research recent deals of the company. Be very open minded and try to make it a conversation rather than an interview (where I faltered during the Super Day)
