Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied for their quantitative finance summer internship. First all applicants need to take an aptitude test consisting of math, probabilities, stochastic calculus, options, fixed income and programming. Just do as much as you can because it's impossible to finish. Then had 2 phone interviews with the equity systematic trading group. The questions are either programming or probability. Programming question are hard, expect some Leetcode medium level questions or harder.
