Morgan Stanley 2018 FI S&T

Started cold messaging traders in various fixed income desks through LinkedIn and scheduled phone calls with them. Also reached out to a MS FA who introduced me to the recruiter for the ST FI program. Got a phone call with her and 3 months later I was invited to a first round phone interview. 1 week later I received my super day invite in NY and flew in for 4, 1 on 1, interviews. Very behavioral, no fixed income or stock pitches asked although I had plenty. Very general technical questions when asking about what I read on the news. Only one technical interviewer asking about duration, brain teasers and mental math.
