Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied on the company website and was contacted by email to start the recruitment process. A first hour and a half very very hard telephone interview on C ++ sorting algorithms, stochastic modeling and control and classification algorithms .... The rest was easy! Questions like: Why do you want to join this group? How do you see your integration into a Morgan Stanley team? Do you have programming language preferences? Do you like to learn new things? If so, what are you doing to do it?
