Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First two rounds were phone calls with sales reps in HK and Singapore. 1st interview was market based questions, 2nd interview was almost entirely fit. 3rd round (Superday/Assessment Center) was at the ICC in Hong Kong, MS flew everyone out and we stayed in the Cordis Hotel. It consisted of one personal case study and presentation (market based), one one-on-one interview, and a group assessment.
